Oceana Boutique Hotel

Oceana Boutique Hotel

8/10 Good
"Excellent location and cute old Beach Motel. Nice 20 minute walk to the ocean in five minute walk to coffee shops and great restaurants. There is a homeless guy who likes to hang out the hotel and others who I don’t think actually have rooms. They seemed harmless and the staff tried to redirect them to other locations, but they were often at the chairs and tables outside."

Calafia Inn

Calafia Inn

10/10 Excellent
"I have stayed here multiple times and it’s awesome. This place is perfect if you’re looking for a low key San Clemente place with great location for the beach, golf course, or some place near, but not too close, to downtown. The owners are tremendous and always seem to have a good group of folks staying here. I don’t know what you call the hang out out spot in front, but it’s a cool/funky place to chill out at the end of a day. Next time I go, especially if it’s during August, I’m bringing a telescope. 😀"
