Perfect beach spot

A beautiful property with stunning views of the ocean. It had everything we needed for the comforts of home. The bed was super comfortable too! We had a wonderful time and hope to come back one day soon!

Perfect vacation condo - with all the amenities!

The condo is in a great location. The entire space is perfectly designed with awesome extras, like a bidet with heated seat, Alexa in the kitchen for when you're too lazy to use your phone to check the weather and complementary coffee.

Home away from Home

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed as far as amenities and a little extra. Every detail was met when it come to everything you would have at your own home. It was conveniently 2 minutes from the beach and many great restaurants. We will definitely come back again and stay.

An Incredible Experience

We had an absolutely incredible time while staying at this property. It is wonderfully appointed, very clean, and offers so many little extras!! It’s a 2-minute walk to the pier/beach. We enjoyed dinner on the deck as the sun set over the ocean. What else could you ask for? We’ll definitely be back!!!

Wonderful condo near the beach

This easily accommodated myself and my 3 grown daughters. It is easy walking distance to the beach and comes with full supply beach paraphernalia including beach chairs. It even has nice outdoor showers; great for coming off the beach. It is one bedroom but has a Murphy bed that is a king size totally comfy bed. It has only one bathroom but 4 women survived just fine with just one bathroom. It has everything you need for a nice vacation get-away! We definitely would like to stay here again!!

Everything you need or want, plus!

We could not have been more pleased or pampered staying at this condo. Cathy and Peter maintained close contact and interest in our well-being and contentment. The condo is beautifully appointed, very clean, and homey. You’ll be thankful just for the parking spot alone but the accommodations and location right in the heart of where you want while in San Clemente is fantastic. Would stay here again and again. Outstanding experience

We had the best 6 day stay at this property. The owners were welcoming and attentive to our needs . Easy check in and checkout. Condo was spotless, beautifully ,comfortably and thoughtfully furnished and finished inside and out. Everything we needed and a stunning view of the ocean. It was quiet. Easy access to everything around. 4 big washers and dryers for our use; an added plus. we highly recommend this property and will stay here anytime we are in the area. A 5 star vacation.

Lovely Condo in Pristine Location, however...

My husband and I were very excited and we were able to bring our dog with us and that was a plus! The location is Pristine! The condo is a lovely renovation with many high-end upgrades. Where the luster tarnished for us was that several unclean and damaged features were not done prior to our stay. We sent the owner pics and I am sure they will attend to them.

Exceeded Our Expectations

Great location, easy access to everything. The property provides more amenities than any rental that we have ever stayed at. It was very clean and everything seemed very new and well taken care of. Loved having the bikes available to use as well as beach towels and chairs. Would have never expected to have a welcome bottle of wine waiting for us our first day and a few welcome surprises in the frige. We had a question and property management answered very fast and took care of us. Cant say enough about this wonderful experience and look forward to returning soon.

We booked this home as a getaway to attend a virtual 3 day conference and stayed 5 nights. The WiFi worked flawlessly for the conference and all other online needs. The accommodations were wonderful and the amenities were amazing. The Carhy and Peter care about their guests and provide every convenience, from chargers and usb outlets to coffee and music. The caring details are obvious throughout. Cleanliness and communication were great. The location was perfect in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, train station and pier were less than a 5 minute walk, and we caught a free trolley to the San Clemente outlet for some shopping :-). It was a great working vacation and we hope to return again, and again, …

One Week Getaway

We escaped the Sonoran desert to visit gorgeous San Clemente and stay right by the pier. Our best friends live about a mile away which added to our love for this spot. It reminds me of the southern coast of France but only a short drive away! The pristine sky & water- spectacular views are what brings us back every year. The wheelchair accesible condo made it extra special & accommodating. The designated parking by the front door is really convenient! The condo itself is beautifully done-all new everything and our hosts added the most thoughtful extras. One could want for nothing. They are pros plus si very kind & friendly. Thank you so much!!
