"This was a great property. Nice pool. 3 bedrooms, but you needed to go through one of the double bedrooms to get to the bedroom with twin beds. One of our favorite things was there very friendly pair of dogs that belonged to the neighbor. These dogs would greet us when we pulled into the driveway and often would nap in the shade while we were swimming. The dogs were super sweet."

"Our hosts, Filomena and Domenico, were amazingly attentive and responsive the entire time and made us feel like family. They are wonderful people, and their little truly makes you feel like you're living in a castle. I'm not the type to write reviews, but I adored these people and their beautiful property. Additionally, it's a perfect location because it's a half-hour drive to either the Adriatic or Mediterranean and a perfect, peaceful respite in the country after a busy day."

"Trullo e location stupendi massima tranquillità e privacy. Poche informazioni sulla gestione della casa, abbiamo scoperto al secondo giorno come funzionava l acqua calda. Arredamento carino ma non curato. Nessuna attenzione al cliente, non c era neanche carta igienica. Materassi scomodissimi, da non dormirci e avere mal di schiena tutte le mattine, senza aria condizionata e la notte molto caldo. Abbiamo saputo solo al check in che l acqua era limitata e che se fosse finita la cisterna dovevamo...

"We stayed one week at this house and completely enjoyed the experience. Our, hosts, Claudia and Gerrit, made us feel very welcome and show genuine concern that we were pleased with the property. It is located in the middle of Olive Ranches and is very private. The house and the grounds were very clean and we had everything we needed. "We had a really enjoyable stay in the trullo. The property is traditional, but spacious & well equipped. The swimming pool was perfect in the 30C heat. Ceglie Messapica is just a 5 minute drive away & well worth a visit. The only thing I would suggest to improve would be a larger patio table, & more outdoor chairs. The patio was perfect for al fresco dining."

"Claudias Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Hervorzuheben ist natürlich der große und wunderschön angelegte Außenbereich mit kleiner Terrasse vorm Haus, großer Hauptterrasse und riesiger Dachterrasse. Es stehen hinreichend Terrassen-/Gartenmöbel zur Verfügung. Die Außendusche ist in den Sommermonaten ein großes Plus. Neben dem netten Ortsstrand sind die schönen Strände von Punta Prosciutto, Torre Lapillo etc. mit dem Auto sehr schnell...

"Wir waren zum 4. Mal in San Pietro in Bevagna - aber zum ersten Mal in der Villa Maria in Urmo Belsito. Das Haus hat den Kindern und uns sehr gut gefallen - auch wenn die eigentlich zur Aussstattung gehörende Spülmaschine leider defekt war. Das hieß für uns, den Abwasch gemeinsam zu bewältigen - hat auch geklappt... Als sehr angenehm haben wir die 3 Klimaanlagen in Erinnerung. Das Stromnetz in Süditalien ist allerdings nicht mit unserem deutschen zu vergleichen. Man muss sich schon entscheiden,...

"Jolie maison de trois chambres avec de bons couchages en 160 et climatisation dans chacune. Une cour bien agréable. Propriété située sur la mer ionienne quand tous les sites à visiter sont sur la côte adriatique. Le bemol, l'absence d'eau potable."
