"We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was great. The room was spacious and clean, the pool and jacuzzi area were always clean with towels. They had a nice breakfast in the mornings. There are 2 mini markets nearby for your essentials, and its a short taxi ride to town. Oscar and Ronal were very attentive in helping me book a tour, give recommendations of places to eat and even help me book a ferry on my last day. Overall, I would 100% recommend this hotel to family and friends. "

"Hotel Islas Galapagos was the perfect spot for my boyfriend and I on our trip to the Galapagos. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel was located close enough to the downtown area that we could walk to all of the restaurants and shops. Also, the lady that owns the hotel was incredibly kind and accommodating to what we needed and even allowed us to check in a little early so we could put our bags down after we arrived from the ferry. The only suggested improvement I would say is that the shower was built to be a walk in shower, but the shower head sprayed too far away from the wall causing water to get everywhere in the bathroom, but it was easily cleanable with towels. As two people who were looking for a place to lay our heads with A/C to keep us cool. This was just the place. "

"Rooms were clean, ac worked awesome, staffs were very attentive, caring, nice, and very helpful. Major disappointment was that both of the Jacuzzi did not work. Over all location was great, minus the mountain steps you have to go up. Over all expericen was great and would stay there again. "

"Property in poor condition, quite old, bathroom was stinky I am not sure if from sewage but it was bad smell whole trip. I heard every step from above and next neighbor, i could hear what they speaking, the walls were like paper. It was quite noisy (noisy neighbors). There were beetles in my room that bit, i found also some 2 insects crawling under bed not sure what it was. Breakfast was fine. Super unhappy learning that if i want to pay by credit cars, they add 5%to my bill- this should have been communicated and written. The gentleman at check out was very pleasant. I would pick different hotel next time."

"Spacious rooms, beautiful view over the ocean. Breakfast: do not expect quality food! Butte is yellow and disgusting. Real bread not provided (though there are good bakwries in town), Cheese very low quality and even eggs taste odd. Pool and lobby area: bring your headset. Same music every 45 minutes for 3 days. Staff unable to change the music. "
