"I stayed 4 nights at the Cabins. I’ve stayed at quite a few budget hotels in Central America so I feel like I have a good understanding of the standard. There wasn’t a cleaning service any of the days. In El Salvador you can’t flush, and so toilet paper goes in the trash can. The trash can did not have a lid. The shower floor was somewhat at a tilt so didn’t drain and stayed stagnate over several days. Towels weren’t replaced, which is necessary since lots of sand and sweating. The walls were stained. There wasn’t clear communication during my check in and apparently not someone else’s because I had someone knocking on my door and trying the code to get it at 10 PM one night. As a single solo traveler especially, that can be a little jarring. The pool was dirty, needs repairs. Does not look like it does in photos. No one swam in it or really even got in. :/ "

"Pool was not bad, that day it was extra cold but weather was super windy, bad there was construction nextdoor so the spray they were using was hitting us. The parking would be helpful if is paved because the road is already not, overall the place is cute, great view of the sea, the room was clean, if they keep up with updates this hotel can be a perfect stay.(The room where I stayed was small perfect for one person maybe 2, you can make it work)"

"The room was superb and absolutely beautiful. It was very affordable for the luxury and the breakfast was incredible. My main issue is that the hotel is on a bay and there was a strong smell of sewage in the back of the resort when you walk on the beach. Also access to the beach is very difficult because it’s rocky not sandy. "

"This was one of the most enjoyable experience in El.Salvador. the hotel has an amazing ocean view, the staff at the restaurant was incredible, very friendly and served us well. Katia, Anderson, Gerson, Albert and Wilfredo really treated us like family during the 9 days we were there. Noemy, the maid in charge of cleaning our room was amazing clean everyday. There 3 pools at the property and were so much fun. I am coming back to this hotel and I highly recommend it."

"Amazing views, however you will need a vehicle to get around. It is not walking distance to Sunset Park as stated on the website. You can technically walk to El Tunco but be ready to break a sweat. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay away from the noise this is the spot for you. Food was excellent and the staff waextremely nice and helpful. "
