Hip, Charming Pacific Beach studio in a safe, relaxed neighborhood. Only 1.1 miles to the BEACH, near Mission Bay and Crystal Pier. Mosey in the sand, surf the waves, shop till you drop, visit one of the many microbreweries or trendy restaurants in the area. Plenty of beach bars, cafès and nightclubs to go exploring. ONLY 10 blocks to the beach, Garnet Avenue and the vibrant pulse of Pacific Beach! Short-Term Residential Occupancy License: STR-06948L.

Comfortable and charming studio, quiet, clean, and safe. Close enough to everything but yet far enough to chill out and recover after a long day at the beach! Brand New Comfy queen bed, WiFi, Amazon Fire Stick TV, full kitchen, plenty of street parking with no time limits.

10 blocks to the beach, close to the famous Pacific Beach boardwalk, Crystal Pier and near Mission Bay.

There is no A/C but being so close to the beach, you get a great sea breeze, but just in case, there is a portable fan (stored in the closet).

You will be staying in the perfect location! Close to EVERYTHING! Two of the best beaches in San Diego, Garnet street, shops, micro-breweries, bars restaurants, gyms, yoga studio and more!!!!

Perfect Location

Super easy to check in, the place was small but very clean. Close to so many restaurants and bars that are walkable or a very quick Uber ride. Would for sure stay here again!

Cute little place!

We had a wonderful stay! Very nice neighborhood. Parking is a little tough sometimes. But it’s a nice walk from either direction.

Decent, not great

After returning home I found several other properties that were larger and closer to the beach in the same price range. Property was clean but had no air conditioning and the widows could only be opened about 6 inches. A fan was provided but it was noisy. I found it very difficult to sleep. Parking is awful in this area. Had to park two and three blocks away. Beach is walkable but not really close.
