WHAT WE OFFER:

SPACIOUS & COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS
- Our lovely breezy home has a unique twist: Main house includes 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sofabed & 2 bathrooms, while the detached cozy studio suite in the back boasts high ceilings, kitchenette, Murphy Queen bed, and bathroom. Perfect for couples or grandparents who want some peace and quiet away from the main house.
- There are A/C mini-splits and a portable A/C unit in each bedroom, but the rest of the house has fans. Always cool inside.
- Blackout curtains for our travel nurses and light-sensitive.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN & DINING
- Equipped with everything you need, from cookware to a coffee maker, Coffee/Tea, Water Kettle, and BBQ utensils, etc.
- Back studio kitchenette

WORK & ENTERTAINMENT AMENITIES
- Blazing-fast Wi-Fi for our remote workers and digital nomads.

PARKING
- 1 free parking spot and street parking is available, but tight on the weekends and evenings. But we have one free parking spot in the back, and a second can be purchased if needed.

- This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.

- Washer & dryer are in the unit.

OUTDOOR BLISS
- Our cozy front yard is perfect for outdoor sitting and dining. Enjoy our sizable backyard, which is large enough for a full dining area, a fire pit, BBQ, sitting corner, and space to spare.

- I`m just a call or text away at any given moment, and live nearby, and regularly check on my properties. Our handyman is just down the block and can be summoned quickly as well. Please don`t hesitate to reach out with any questions, or for local recommendations, etc!

- The historic neighborhood of Ocean Beach is famous for its laid-back atmosphere and strong sense of community. Walkability to everything `OB` has to offer is reminiscent of a bygone era where cars were less necessary. One can surf in the morning, go shopping midday, enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, and end the day with a fancy dinner, all without ever being more than a short walk back home.😊

▪️ NO unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc.)
▪️ USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains.
▪️ USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces.
▪️ Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
▪️ PET POLICY: We love welcoming well-behaved pets, and there’s a $100 fee per pet per stay for your furry friends. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. We’ve provided a vacuum, broom, and dustpan for any fur or spills—just be sure to unclog the vacuum if needed. If you bathe your pet in the shower, please collect and dispose of any hair so it doesn’t clog the drain. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet.
