A very unique, clean, minimalistic, and fully upgraded condo in UTC. It is a great staycation home away from home in the heart of San Diego. Good wifi and you can work from home. Chic truly meets convenience with this unit, from its efficient cabinet space & upgrades to its convenient location. Every detail is clearly pictured and described in the listing, and should be considered before booking. We are happy to answer any questions or concerns for guests to ensure you will have a great stay. Access to Wifi: 500/20 Mbps. Perfect for business visits or for a recreational visit to San Diego. Centrally located in San Diego with easy access to all counties and cities (about 15-20 min drive to north county Carlsbad or downtown San Diego without traffic). Furniture details: Bed is a Sealy Queen Size bed. TV is a Sony 43” in size. The couch is 33” high 74” wide 29” depth. The couch seat cushions are 16” high 66” wide 22” depth. Living room table dimensions are 30” length 30” width 30” high. Wifi, Two Parking Spaces included in complex, Gated community parking, Gym, Pool and Jacuzzi, Tennis Courts, additional community laundry rooms throughout complex.
