Perfect Location

Great location, great space with plenty of room for a family and a great and well appointed kitchen. Less than half a mile to Belmont Park and either the bay to the east or the beach to the west. Very quiet aside from the air traffic noise from the airport, but that is to be expected in the area. Very lovely place and will definitely return.

Excellent location! Half a block to the bay and approximately one long block to the ocean. This house is within walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants. We had an amazing week as we booked both units:826 & 828 for a family vacation. Both units are well maintained, a block from the bay, 2 blocks from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, everything was very easy to figure out in the house, parking was very adequate, and everything was very clean. I would book 710 rentals again, as they were very responsive and this place is fantastic!

This unit was perfect for us! We actually rented the top and bottom for two families with teenagers so we each needed our own space, but could be together at the same time! It was nicely decorated, clean, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, kitchen soap, bags, all kitchen needs, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys. Great location, HORRIBLE beds

First off, you really can’t beat the location . Walking distance to the beach, and a volleyball player’s dream with all the courts near by. Pretty decent coffee shops a short walk away and the pier about a 15 minute walk as well. However, the beds are AWFULS. Multiple people in my party woke up with stiff necks and achy bodies. One of the beds basically has a 8 inch dip right in the middle and it’s literally impossible to sleep if you’re a front sleeper. Wish they would get new beds.

Great condo, great location!

We loved our stay in the condo! It was located near the beach and the bay as well as a small market and take out food. It had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, dishes,l and bath towels. I do suggest you bring extra toilet paper and paper towels, as this is the only area where they did not provide sufficient amounts. For the cost there should be more than enough toilet paper! Having two parking spots was great, just be aware that they are very tight for larger vehicles. The air-conditioning in each room was key, as it was a warm weekend! We would definitely stay here again and even consider renting the downstairs unit at the same time.

A great stay

Perfect, easy walking distance to mission bay for calmer beach time and the pacific for that full on beach experience. We felt so central to many wonderful destinations. The property was clean and well supplied. The bonus was having the 2 spots in the carport! My husband and I have 3 young kiddos and we felt like the condo was cute yet functional as a family. If I were to give any critiques it would be that the walls are a bit thin and with construction workers attending a nearby property, we could hear alot....and they parked in 1 of our spots which got corrected when we mentioned it...the coffee pot was missing its lid...the ice maker didn't seem to work well and there was a TV remote missing batteries.

Perfect Mission Beach location

Our family enjoyed our Spring Break stay at the property. We were able to walk to the beach and many restaurants and activities in the area. It was also a quick drive away to get to the Zoo and downtown San Diego. We would definitely stay there again.
