During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the main house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the living room. Feel free to enjoy the outdoor amenities such as the backyard or garden. Please be aware that there's a separate unit located above the garage, which has its own entrance and a semi-private yard, and you might see those guests using the back gate near the parking area.

- There is NO SMOKING on the front porch or back yard. Smoking must be done on the sidewalk.
-Please do not leave any personal belongings on the front porch.
-Keep all toys and bikes in the backyard. The front yard, especially the rocky areas, is not a play area—please avoid using it for play.
-Utilize the outdoor rinse shower on premises to remove sand before entering the home.
-Parking: Street parking only; this unit does not have a designated parking space.
-While the home does not include bikes or beach gear, the nearby Catamaran Resort offers bike, paddle board, and boat rentals. Additionally, Pacific Beach has several local rental shops just minutes away.

This home is monitored by a doorbell camera for occupancy and activity. Please respect the home and its neighbors.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Very cozy place close to the beach. Felt like home. Everything was amazing with only one tiny issue (last two days no hot water) but that could happen anywhere. Very responsive to all inquiries. I would stay again 100%
