The living room boasts a genuine leather couch that easily transforms into a queen bed, as well as a futon that folds out into a twin—ideal for extra guests. Enjoy movie nights on the 60" curved Smart TV mounted above the decorative fireplace, offering exceptional views from every angle.
As a standout feature, this is the only unit in the building with an attached garage that opens directly into the living area, adding unparalleled convenience.

The fully renovated kitchen is thoughtfully designed for those who love to cook and dine at home. It’s equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Please note: The rooftop deck is shared with seven other units in the building, and only registered guests are permitted. Guests are kindly asked to keep this area clean during their stay.

Guest Access:
You will be able to access the whole condo & private patio. The other half (East side of fence) of the outdoor patio is shared common space for the other 7 units in the building. There is also a shared rooftop deck you can access with a door code.
