-This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests.

-This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our rental agreement includes a strict policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and no party policy.
-This home is pet friendly. Pet fees are $150 plus tax per pet with a maximum of 2 dogs.
-American Express & Discover are not accepted for payment methods.
-San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersede the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.
-Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

Great place

The listing stated it is 20 feet from the beach….that’s definitely inaccurate. It’s 1/2 block in and you cannot see the beach from the home. Otherwise everything’s was as stated and the place worked out great. Nice location and amenities. If you drive a large vehicle like me, be prepared to deal with limited parking and many limitations on where you can park. But not impossible. All in all we will definitely come back!

Great location - innaccurate bed information

I'll start with the good stuff: patio is large for hanging outside, the house is all one floor so good for accessibility for seniors or small children. It has a nice open and vaulted living area. The internet speeds were blazing fast. The VRBO information page is not accurate. This property has only four usable beds and one of them is a full size bed (not queen as advertised). One of the twin trundle beds is located 18 inches away from a queen size platform bed, it's impossible to get the bottom trundle bed out. It was disappointing to arrive and find the house was not as advertised, especially since the minimum rental time was one week and we were paying premium season pricing. The management company San Diego Vacation rentals was not helpful. When I contacted them to let them know about the misinformation, they said I was responsible for verifying the bed situation from the pictures of the home on the website. I was offered an inflatable mattress as a solution. Could you imagine booking a hotel room for a week, showing up and being offered less than what was advertised along with an air mattress as the solution? I'd only recommend this house for a max of four adults and the possible 1-2 children. Potentially steer clear of homes managed by San Diego Vacation rentals as they are not helpful in finding resolutions for inaccurate properties that they manage.

Great Mission Beach Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great in a quiet court in Mission Beach steps from the beach. We enjoyed the large outdoor courtyard with a dining table, fire pit and lounge chairs. The house inside was very nice and clean. The only thing lacking was the 'starter kits' and minimal dishes so bring your own supplies from home or be prepared to go to the store. Overall, a great stay and we hope to be back again!

Beach heaven

We loved our stay, so close to the beach and everything we needed. Coffee house was a quick walk and biking and paddle boarding on the bay. We had mornings on the patio which was perfect!

Staycation

Wow what an amazing experience. The location the property and the amazing patio space. Of course there are always things that come up. But as long as you are prepared with extra towels for showering and for the Beach, extra toiletries you will be fine we spent every day on the beautiful grill and In the water. I couldn’t of found a better place for my family to hang out for Fathers Day weekend. Thanks so much for a wonderful STAYCATION!!!
