This vacation getaway has just been completely upgraded: new appliances, cabinets, quartz counter tops, hardwood floors, new windows, new furniture throughout. The main level includes a kitchen that is open to the living room and dining room, a deck off the living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. The open loft area upstairs includes a family room, bathroom, and a second deck (with a view to the ocean, and brand new furniture). One of the bedrooms has a king bed, two have queen beds, and one has queen over queen bunk beds.

When you are not out enjoying one of the many restaurants that are within walking distance, you can enjoy a home-cooked meal in the beautiful new kitchen. The kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances (fridge with ice/water dispenser, gas range, dishwasher, and microwave). The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need, and includes an island/bar that seats three. The dining room table seats twelve. The living room has cushy seating, a gas fireplace, a 55" flat screen TV, and additional bench seating along the fireplace. There is even a built-in playhouse under the stairs, with toys, for the little ones. An outside shower is available, with hot water, to wash off beach sand before coming in.

The laundry includes new, full-sized, washer and dryer. Amenities include Wifi, central air, 42" flat screen TVs in each bedroom, blow dryers, linens (towels, bedding, beach towels), shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The one car carport has the following dimensions: 36' 6" long, 7' wide, 7'3" high. Additional free parking is available about one block away in city-owned parking lot on Caramel Place.

Quiet groups, No parties or large gatherings-Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and or evictions are strictly enforced. Guests will be required to supply name and ages of All occupants. We have a limit of 9 guests. Please do not book this unit if you have more than 9 occupants. There are no exceptions.

Location, Location, Location! Within walking distance to beach(100 steps), the bay(70 steps), many restaurants, Belmont Park, grocery store, and convenience stores. You can't beat the tropical feeling of Nantasket Court. Sea World is less than a ten minute drive, tons of shopping and close to all of San Diego's tourist attractions.
