  • CLOROX CLEANED!- This is a LARGE OPEN 1400SF Beach House on large single lot (rare at the beach!)offering a great private feeling . Stay on a safe quiet street.Excellent for families with children- and MCRD graduations!!: neighbors are friendly and helpful !6-7 family members can be very comfortable here! WHOLE HOUSE AC!!
    Located a short(15 min walk) 6 blocks to 'dog beach',surfing, beaches, and downtown Ocean Beach! Close to all yet relaxing and low, key - this is a beautiful VERY LARGE place, and the street parking is easy and abundant--+AC
    The wild OB parrots visit both morning and evening ( in the spring) as local wildlife- and well mannered good family dogs are welcome as a visiting wildlife!Jets do fly over most of Ocean Beach- be up early and enjoy the morning!
    The house has been completely updated and offers a full AND READY TO COOK kitchen for family with new appliances. All linens ,towels and soaps are on hand for your convenience!There is a full laundry+ soap in the house. There is AIR conditioning, a fully fenced yard, a BarBQ in a side patio. Boogie boards, chairs, beach towels, toys and wagon are there for your beach play time.
    Families and travelers of all variety are welcome to live at the beach here! 8- 9 PEOPLE ARE COMFORTABLE (sleeping bags welcome , too!- squeeze an extra person!) in this big house - no feeling of claustrophobia- this is not a studio or small beach house... Best beach house on VRBO!
