I take reviews really serious as I find them helpful when going somewhere. This Hotel is an Excellent Hotel, as a long time Expedia customer this is what I want to see when booking a place to stay. Customer service was 10/10, cleanliness was also 10/10, pool was nice for the kids, a cool walk way to go for an evening walk on the back, everything within walking range restaurants and stores no traffic in the area is you choose to drive. Overall I give this hotel 9/10 only because of the $15 dollar parking a night they charge.

The room was great. It was as advertised. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn’t 100%was the elevator. It was not up to the rest of the hotels standard. It was dirty and needed some repairs.

Wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and kind—the front desk team was especially warm and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the entire building was well-maintained. The lobby and restaurant are spacious with lots of seating. I also loved the refreshing outdoor seating area that connects to a small park.

Please note: the air conditioning at this property is dated and subpar. Jamal (one of the maintenance staff, wonderful, by the way) gave us a box fan which did help with the heat. I would highly recommend calling the location to see if they have upgraded yet before booking. Other than that (or if you travel there in the wintertime) our stay was great. Rent a car and check out all of the different shopping plazas - there is a Trader Joes and a Costco within a 15 drive. Check out RB Donuts and BAHA Indian restaurants. Excellent area to stay in and we will absolutely be back!

Hotel was in a beautiful location. Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was fully booked that weekend and staff couldn’t keep up with the mess people and kids left behind. My room had a great view of the pond but my windows were dirty. The pool remained clean, even though there were so many kids swimming.

Room was clean. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Hotel lobby was moderately maintained (I.e. overflowing trashing, dirty tile, complementary water empty). However, this could be due to having a large group of baseball players and family staying. Pool was heated and nice.
