*Living Area has 42' flatscreen hdtv and seating for 8
*Entire house is one level with handicap access
*Kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances (microwave, oven, gas burners, refrigerator & dishwasher) with a laundry room with laundry sink and washer/dryer
*Outside Living Area, huge fenced backyard with propane grill and outside seating for 12 as well as front deck
*House is equipped with beach chairs and plenty of beach towels
