HAYS RAMFOS PLACE SAN DIEGO

Ramfos Place is a beautifully remodeled home located on a corner lot in Bay Terraces, San Diego. There are plenty of places to shop and go out for a bite to eat. It's close to downtown San Diego, Mexico border, and some great amusements parks 5-10 miles from the home.

The space
The home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. There is plenty for everyone to do such as golfing on the putting green, taking a dip in the swimming pool, or relaxing in the Jacuzzi. The backyard is a super backyard has covered tables and an island BBQ. There is 1 covered parking and 2 driveway spots. With plenty of street parking available as well.

House Rules

Thank you for your business with us. Below are some guidelines to make your stay smooth and more enjoyable for both parties.

1. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am everyday
2. During your stay we do not allow parties unless with prior approval.
No more than 4 additional day guests allowed over the number of guest spending the night at the same time during your stay.
3. No loud music, (No) yelling, (No) Loud vehicles allowed at any time.
4. 6 guests stay at the same price as one. At 7 guests or more to the 10 maximum adults allowed, there is $100 per extra guest per night charge. (Children under the age of 8 are free and don’t count against your guest count.)
5. Pets are 100$ extra per pet, per night if over 20 pounds. If under 20 pounds, fee is $50 per pet per night.
6. The heating for the pool is $100 each day extra. There is a 2-day minimum and requires 24-hr notice to heat.
7.The heating of the spa is $50 extra per interval (4 hours). Spa closes at 10pm.
8. Upon check out please leave the key on the inside and lock all doors from the inside before walking out
9. Please do not tinker or adjust any of the electronics, pool equipment, and place chairs back in their original position in the patio area.
10. Small Family gatherings, and/ or pool parties
must be approved by owner prior to check in and will be an additional cost that would include a cleaning/garbage fee of $250 and the party itself $500. Max attendants 20 including those spending the night.
11. Wednesday night guest must place the garbage on the curb to be picked up Thursday morning.
12.The garage door is permanently locked and cannot be opened except the side door entrance for laundry purposes.

At the time of check in an ID must be provided.
