This High Rise Condominium is located in the heart of San Diego. Walk to Petco Park, Gaslamp, Little Italy and Balboa Park. Minutes drive away from SeaWorld, UCSD, UTC Mall and more. Gym is on the 2nd floor, and the Rooftop deck with Spa and Barbecue Grills with different Patio sets/Sunbathing long chairs are on the 20th floor where you get to enjoy the amazing almost 360 degree of Downtown, San Diego views. Not to mention, this comes with a free parking space #280 that is securely located underground. All amenities are included, however everything must stay in this unit at your check out time. 1080 Park Boulevard Summer Stay

I spent my whole summer in this apartment and it worked perfectly for me, even has a couch comfy and big enough for a friend to crash for a couple nights. It is within walking distance of everything in the city, and has essentials like a grocery store close by. The building is very nice, with a beautiful rooftop view and a gym. The only complaint isn't about this property but about the homeless nearby. They're harmless, but if it makes you uncomfortable, be weary. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back.

The listing was as one bedroom but it was a studio type all what’s inside was old bed almost 7 to 10 inches from ground with 68 years old man it was very hard to get up the host Arlena was great host she was helpful but the studio in a bad area a lots of dangers homeless and train station under the building makes you can’t sleep or rest 24/7 I have so many pictures and videos if you want to see it I hope Arlena will help at ather locations because she’s the good thing in this studio Location is in a bad area and the train station just under the building too loud and noisy
