The room we reserved (Handicapped) and a private bedroom for Granny, we did not get. The photo's of the room was not what we reserved. Wanted a bigger bathroom for Granny in a wheelchair and a private bedroom for her. Asked front desk to transfer us to the handicapped room, but was told they were none available. The breakfast was extremely convenient and so was the restaurant to have dinner our first night. The down for us was we find out after we arrive that there is a fifteen bucks a day parking fee. This was never told to us on the site or from the staff. Only found out upon check out.

We got there exactly at 4pm, the girl at the front desk proceeds to tell me she’s putting me on an early check in list. I asked her aren’t we here on time? She tells me the room isn’t ready and there are 4 people ahead of me. Nothing was offered to us. We waited a hour for a room meanwhile the people we came with got checked right in. I had to ask for water and to top it off the two workers at the front desk were arguing and the girl stormed out and left me with no answers. I had to repeatedly walk to the front desk to ask if the room was ready and then I find out I don’t even get a breakfast pass.

I stay at Hilton Garden Inns when I get a chance and one is nearby. This one was no different as the staff was courteous, helpful and professional. In this stay we found nothing we didn't like except that some Hilton Garden Inns don't charge for parking and was surprised to find a $15 charge on the bill for that. This wasn't in a city center or downtown, which I expect, but in a complex with other hotels with a large common parking lot.
