Thanks for visiting our gorgeous property! The location of your forthcoming vacation is this stunning house. Every element of this quaint property has been carefully chosen to give you a relaxing and enjoyable stay, from its charming decor to its contemporary conveniences.

We take cleaning seriously. We wash all beddings, mop the floor and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out.

Good location / Bad Neighborhood - There is a reason there are no outside pictures.

This property is challenging to review. Starting with the positives: once inside, the house is acceptable, though it doesn't quite match the advertised description. The photos glamorize the property and do not accurately represent the location and neighborhood. It's akin to a "glamour shots" photo shoot for a house. However, the location is convenient, offering easy access to the interstate and making it easy to reach various places in San Diego within a 15-20 minute drive. Now, the negatives: upon arrival after 18 hours of travel, we were shocked by the surrounding area and didn't feel safe. There was a homeless person on the sidewalk, which added to our discomfort. We should have done more thorough research instead of relying solely on the pictures and previous "great/exceptional" reviews. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.

Cozy and comfortable

This stylish 3 bed 2 bath home was perfect for our family of 5. Dishes were provided, the bathrooms were clean and well stocked, and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do.

Cute house fit all 7 of us!

This house was just what we needed! 3 bedrooms with queen beds all around & a pull-out couch. 2 bathrooms, excellent water pressure. The house is small but well appointed, and met our needs very well! Beach towels and a can opener would have made it perfect. Groceries and starbucks 3 minutes away. Airport and beach 15 minutes away. The neighborhood looks a little rough but the house has been beautifully updated and we had no problems with on-street parking. The property manager reached out about quiet hours starting at 9pm but the dog across the street didn't get the memo.
