If you`re driving a midsize or larger car, we recommend using nearby overnight street parking for a smoother, stress-free experience.
Layout Reminder: This is a 3-story townhome. Please note that bathrooms are located on the upper and lower levels, and not on the main living/kitchen floor.
Rooftop Access: The rooftop is accessed via an attic staircase from the master bathroom. While it`s a great feature, those with mobility concerns may find the access challenging.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $100 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog House Rules • Primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. • Maximum occupancy is 4 overnight guests, per city regulations. Me and a group of 4 friends stayed for 5 nights, and it was amazing! Very clean place with lots of amenities. Also, the owner was very responsive and communication was very easy. Would definitely recommend.
I was very surprised to find so many items that are costly to buy supplied by our host. There were washing machine, pods, dishwasher, pods, I better extra paper towels, extra toilet paper, and a wide variety of spices. The furnishings were lovely.
