Exceptional attention to detail thru out. Living area boasts custom built-ins w/ work area, and flat screen. Dining area has custom seating, Sputnik chandelier, & overlooks outdoor Buddha fountain. All new custom kitchen will exceed your expectations, & is highlighted w/ an open lath & plaster feature wall. Kitchen French doors spill open to a private outdoor oasis with expansive deck, water fountain, & al fresco dining. 2 equitable bedrooms feature black out shades, mini split heat & air, ceiling fans, & all new designer furnishings. Walking distance to hip South Park, and North Park scenes. Downtown and Bay are a quick 10 minute Uber or Lyft ride away. Freeway close. Just a few minutes to San Diego's most famous attractions. This place is amazing! Everywhere you look there is an interesting piece of art. Great location and host was very quick to respond to questions and requests prior to arrival. The dancing flamingos on the roof gave it a special San Diego vibe! I’ll be back!

The most stylish of properties in a fabulous location. This impressive home has everything you will need: the host was very welcoming allowing us early check in and lots of local tips. Eclectic Oasis

Dean’s home is utterly charming! From his eclectic and funky art pieces, serene backyard, and kind communication, we couldn’t recommend staying here enough. It will teleport you to a 1950-1960 vibe. Fantastic mid-century modern furniture, and a Zen feeling - especially in the back yard. There’s tons of space and it’s walkable to all the best places in North Park. Will definitely be back!

Perfect Bungalow in a walkable neighborhood.

The Bungalow was clean and has a nice backyard with a deck. The neighborhood was very walkable with lot restaurants. Checking in and out was easy and the owner provided clear instructions.

5 Days in San Diego

We spent 5 days in this VRBO in February, It is located less than 4 miles from Balboa Park, which suited our plans perfectly. The 2-bedroom house suited us perfectly with a kitchen that we used to create our own meals for much of the stay. The owner was responsive to our requests for additional blankets and help with the dishwasher. We recommend it highly.

Such an amazing property!

This was one of the best rentals my husband and I have ever stayed at! The house has everything you need and more, and is in such a convenient location just a short walk to coffee, shopping, and great restaurants in North Park. Hidden Gem

From the adorable curb appeal to the warm, spacious unique interior, this is the perfect spot for a SD getaway! The air conditioners are great for the warm summer days, and the back yard is a serene spot to sit with your fave book or sneak in a nap! We will make this our place for every SD trip from here on out!! Stop searching- just book it!

Absolutely great place.

Natural welcoming feel. It’s the kind of place you look forward to returning to. Stayed with my wife and 19 year old. Highly recommended. Dean was responsive and easy as host. Would definitely do again next time to SD!!
