The condo has been thoughtfully updated with driftwood-style Pergo flooring installed on the diagonal, a custom rock accent wall with an electric mood fireplace (heat-producing), ceiling beams, and a ceiling fan. A 65" smart TV and comfortable seating make the living room an ideal place to relax after a day at the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking and dining at home—and includes an unobstructed ocean view that makes meal prep a pleasure.
This property is centrally located in the heart of Pacific Beach, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and the oceanfront boardwalk.

We manage multiple units in Capri by the Sea, including three 1-bedrooms and three 2-bedrooms—perfect for extended families or travel groups. Options include units 909, 910, 911 on the 9th floor, plus 1005 and 1010 directly above.

Capri by the Sea offers a full suite of amenities:

• Coin-operated laundry on the same floor

Your key fob provides access to the lobby, your floor, the rooftop, the garage, and pool area.
Guest Preparation & Expectations
We share all essential property details through our listing, emails, home manuals, in-home signage, and phone support. Our goal is for every guest to feel informed, prepared, and fully at ease. We are always available for questions.
Please note that because this home is a privately owned vacation property, occasional furniture or décor updates may differ from photos. We maintain the listing text for any notable changes—especially those involving sleeping arrangements. Refunds are not provided for décor or furniture variations.
Noise Notice
This is a residential building and a noise-sensitive environment. Quiet hours begin at 9 p.m. No loud music, parties, or disruptive noise is permitted. Violations may result in eviction and/or fines per the rental agreement.
Rental Agreement & Verification
After booking, guests are required to complete:
• Our electronic rental agreement
• Identity and payment verification through Autohost (a $2 temporary authorization may appear and will automatically release within 7 days)
Check-in details are provided once these steps are complete.

Pacific Beach
Capri Look-Out Terraces:
Standing, sitting, or leaning on railings is not permitted. These safety rules do not affect any ocean views.
Holiday 2025 Policy:
• 4-night minimum
• No arrivals or departures on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day
• A single reservation cannot span both holidays unless 14+ nights
Summer 2026 Policy:
• Memorial Day–Labor Day: 6–7 nights, Saturday–Saturday
• No check-in/check-out on July 4
• Friday/Sunday arrivals may be possible on request
Nightly Minimums:
• Off-season: 4-night minimum
• Peak season (June–August): 6 nights with Saturday check-in preferred; Friday/Sunday arrivals may be possible
Arrival/Departure:
• Check-in: 3 p.m. (4 p.m. Memorial Day–Labor Day)
• Check-out: 11 a.m.
Please follow all instructions provided by email and phone. Signage throughout the home assists with amenity use.
Pet Policy:
• Pets are not permitted.
Rate Policy:
Rates fluctuate daily. Pricing at the time of booking is the confirmed rate.
Age Policy:
We typically do not rent to guests under 25 or to large groups. Please contact us prior to booking if your group requires an exception.
We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you`re planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.
