Beautiful remodeled 1 bed 1 bath condo in the heart of Hillcrest. A quick 3 minute walk to tons of shops, restaurants, gyms and more! Quiet and clean, tucked away behind Scripts hospital. New floors, appliances, brand new bathroom and recess lighting. Large sliding doors and large bedroom windows for amazing cross breeze. This condo also has two TVs with fast wifi! The laundry is onsite but brand new and APP driven, NO coins! There is a pool, hot tub and tennis courts that are also included.
