One bedroom, new construction in Pacific Beach

Come vacation in this brand new one bedroom property located just a couple blocks from Mission Bay and a few blocks from the beach! In addition to being close to the bay and beach, it is only 3 blocks from all the action Pacific Beach has to offer. 
Walk into the living room with nice high vaulted ceilings giving the room a large open feel. The kitchen is spacious and complete with everything you will need for cooking at home.  Enjoy your meals at the bar counter top or take it outside to the shared patio area and enjoy a nice fire under the stars. We have also included a gas BBQ for guests to use also located in the patio area.
You can jump on the beach cruisers to check out the area or load up the wagon with all your beach items and head to the sand! Take advantage of the outdoor shower when returning to the beach to wash all the sand away. If the weather is just too nice to sit inside, pull up a chair and enjoy the sun in the patio area while someone else gets the BBQ and outdoor fire started.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay. Quiet neighborhood yet close to everything we wanted. The bay is visible when you walk just two houses down. The home is beautiful, very clean and aesthetically gorgeous. We will definitely stay here again. Bobby and his wife are great and available if anything is needed. Highly recommend.

My wife and I spent a long weekend for Memorial Day at this property. The unit is very well built and designed. We were very pleased with it. Especially liked all the security and the availability of beach cruiser bikes in the garage. We actually didn’t rent a car and just rode bikes all weekend. Highly recommended rental. This property has everything you can want or need. Beach towels, bikes, wagon, volleyballs, boogie boards, washer/dryer. It is in a great location, close to the bay and the ocean, grocery store, and plenty of great restaurants. The only difficulty we had was parking. Street parking was a challenge in the evenings. Quiet, clean, and safe for a girls trip with my daughter. Otherwise, this is a great place!!

Super satisfied! One problem for me was we were here visiting family and I asked to have a few couples over for dinner and the answer was a no. Because of this I may not rent here again. I would like the ability for my family to visit me and where I am staying while visiting. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

☆☆☆☆☆The location and condition of this rental is absolutely perfect. Only 2 blocks from Mission Bay and about 5 blocks from Pacific Beach. Rental has everything you need to feel at home. I was booked for 4 days and needed to book a 5th, I reached out to the property manager and they were right on top of getting me reserved another night. Absolutely great service! It's a very comfortable and quiet area with lots to do within walking distance, the bikes in the garage are a huge plus. Will definitely be back. Thank you

We chose this place because it was 2 blocks from my sister-in-law. The property itself is in a great location and walking distance to downtown. It was very clean and comfortable. We even made a big dinner with the full kitchen and utensils. We plan on staying here again the next time we visit. Highly recommended!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We have been coming to Pacific beach for many years and this accommodation has been by far the best. It’s was just as the pictures showed. It’s extremely clean and well cared for. The unit was fully equipped with everything you would need. The bed was so comfortable. We used the bikes everyday. Location was fantastic. Located in a quite, safe neighborhood. Close to my two favorite stores, Sprouts and Trader Joe’s. It’s a short walk to the inner Mission Bay. I would highly recommend this rental and we would definitely stay again when we return. The rental agent was also prompt at returning any inquiries.

My husband & I enjoyed 4 nights at this lovely place while we visited San Diego. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The owner’s instructions made it easy to get to and access. Our plane was delayed and we arrived quite late and the place felt like a home away from home . Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen had absolutely everything you needed. The neighborhood was very quiet . Loved having bikes to use and ride along the beautiful pathways close by. Wish we could have stayed longer !!

Great property to stay at. Everything was ready, clean and easily accessible. Very comfortable overall. You have everything you would expect from this type of rental. Only negative is the parking. Must park on the street and on weekends it might be difficult to find a spot. Wasn’t a deal breaker but you may have to park a block or more away. If you’re spending most of your time at the beach it’s not a problem because it’s not a long walk. I’m very happy with our stay and would do it again if the opportunity arose.

I felt safe on the property and I was pleased that the neighborhood was quiet. I wanted to be a little bit away from the shore and this was perfect. The bicycles were a definite bonus. I used one of the bikes quite a bit. The brakes need a little tune up but otherwise it was a good bike. Glad I found this location. I had some questions along the way and Tammie was able to help me.

We enjoyed our San Diego vacay in June. The rental was quiet, the kitchen was spacious, and it was a comfortable place to stay. We used the beach bikes every day and it was a perk to have them. The street parking wasn't our favorite part cuz the street fills up fast, but we were pretty lucky to find parking close to the house most of the time. The beach is my happy place and it was the exact medicine I needed.
