Our home is in beautiful South Mission Beach, steps from the Pacific Ocean, or the Bay. THE BEST location. Quiet court, located 2 streets South past Belmont park, a close walk to the restaurants, shops, and amusement park. Vacationers LOVE our location. Very open floor plan for relaxing, grilling and enjoying after your fun day! 3 Flatscreen TV's with DirectTV channels and On Demand. Smart TV in the family room, where you can stream your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. There is a king in the master, a king in the second bedroom, and 2 twins in the third bedroom. A new full size futon is in the family room for extra guests. Kitchen, family room open up with a folding door to the deck, it is a nice big room to gather after a day at the beach or sightseeing! This is the 2nd and 3rd floor of a duplex.
PLEASE TREAT THIS HOUSE AND BELONGINGS AS YOU WOULD TREAT YOUR OWN HOUSE. WE WANT IT TO BE NICE FOR YOU AND FUTURE GUESTS :).
We have everything you need for the beach, bikes (very used), boogie boards, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas!

It is also steps from Belmont Park, with a historic, working roller coaster, rides, restaurants, and shops. Our home is affordable, spacious and very nice. Sleeps 6-8. Located at 744 Ensenada Court. It is the second and third floor of the condo.

Rules

Leave the house how you found it accept for the normal cleaning needed. TREAT IT LIKE YOUR OWN HOME, I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!
I ask guests to wash the towels they are done with, to help housekeeper because of time. Wash/dry as much as possible, do not fold. No stress!
I supply 2+ rolls of TP per bathroom, please bring or buy extra if needed. Ring camera only outside above side door, not on patio or inside!

Great location!

The location was really nice. Just a couple minute walk and you’re at the beach, the bay or Belmont park. It was spacious and had plenty of room. Smooth check in. I would stay here again.

Location is the best part

The location was fantastic. For the price, the condo was just okay - the house rules almost made it seem that it was an imposition to have us there. Communication was very delayed; I sent a request when I booked and never did hear back. Then a message asking how our stay was going arrived after we had checked out.

Amazing Stay!

We had an absolutely amazing day at the verbal rental in San Diego. From the moment we arrive. Everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully decorating, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay one of the best parts is the beach was just steps away and being able to access the beach and walking to San and just made this trip unforgettable.

Perfect for our weekend getaway

This location was ideal. Steps from the beach and we enjoyed the bikes available to explore up the boardwalk. This home has a lot of space and was very comfortable. I would recommend this location and host.

Family vacation

This is one of our favorite areas to stay when we are in San Diego and this rental did not disappoint. There were also many extras such as beach chairs and boogie boards that made the beach extra special.

Hidden Gem

The property is tucked inside a tidy little community of condominiums. There are several eateries and stores in walking distance to the location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

Location is perfect, you can hear the ocean from your unit. Lots to walk to in Mission Beach. The place was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated the fresh flowers. They provide lots of beach stuff and having bikes available was really great.

Great Girls (moms) Trip!

The location was amazing. The place had so much space for the 5 of us moms. Communication with the host was great! We were steps away from the beach and multiple restaurants! 100% recommend❤️ Visit the Palms for breakfast! The drinks and breakfast were amazing!

3 Night Stay - Beach getaway

Great location and a great property. Fulfilled everything we were looking for. Very close to beach and they even supplied plenty of beach items to make it more enjoyable (chairs, boogie boards, beach toys etc.) Would recommend and would be happy to stay here again! The owners communicate very well.

Spring Break

Perfect condo for a week at the beach with a couple of teenagers. Centrally located between downtown San Diego and La Jolla with lots of space, garage parking, and less than a block from the beach. Great communication with the manager throughout - would definitely stay here again.

3-day “Girls’” trip to Mission Beach

My mom, my cousin, and I needed a break from the Phoenix heat. We had a wonderful time, and this property could not have been more perfect! The location was perfect! We were able to easily walk to the beach, fabulous restaurants, and souvenir shopping. The condo was immaculate and had plenty of room with privacy for sleeping. Highly recommend and look forward to returning at some time in the future.

Great location and setup for groups!

Perfect location for a relaxing long weekend. Beach access and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Plenty of space in the unit, with everything you need. Plus, there are lots of bikes and other things to keep you busy. Host was very communicative and helpful. We had a great time!

Perfect spot

Visiting family in San Diego, we wanted someplace close but with a beach feel. This location was great, we were able to walk along the water, take in the sites of Mission Beach and still see family. The unit was spacious and perfect for a family of 5. Just a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk. Having a garage was nice and although we didn’t use the beach amenities they were all sites in the garage.
