"It is a beautiful setting, room was nice. Most amenities besides pool, mini golf and pickleball tennis cost extra. It's nice but pricey for what you get."

"This hotel was so beautiful in every way. They did not miss a detail on anything, not even the toilets. The staff were so nice and friendly. The onsite amenities were great, the pool is beautiful. We had lots of fun bowling in the Gutter. Quixote restaurant was ok.. I do not recommend anything steak but the ribs were amazing. Unfortunately we did not make it to the Lou Lou room they had a private event but we will be back hopefully soon. Also the Beginners Diner was great and the coffee shop. Great place for a girls trip or a staycation."

"Hotel was great. Access to beach was amazing. Near bus line for easy travel to downtown and areas north. Ocean Beach area is for beer and coffee loving hippies. It is not a resort area, but amazing local restaurants, bars, and coffee joints. If you want to experience a locals area of San Diego, ocean beach is awesome."
