We came into town for comic-con, seaworld, and the zoo; Kensington was close for both and had a small town feel in a big city. The Spanish cottage was adorable, very clean, and perfect for our needs. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and there was plenty of parking available. We would love to stay again next year! The stay was even better when we met the cutest puppy next door!

Newly remodeled, everything was new and clean, kitchen could use a few more generally expected utensils. Washer/dryer unit in bathroom a bit noisy and could hear neighbors washer/dryer but generally quiet residence, plenty of windows to include in the bathroom. Firm mattress if you like that, good ceiling fans AC unit, nice side yard and grille (did not use). Street parking, quiet area for the most part, walking distance to Adams Ave.

The rental was a great place for us. We loved being able to walk to the town of Kensington and it was close to San Diego State. The place was clean, cozy, and easy parking on the street. We recommend it!
