We envite you to enjoy your own private oasis by the beach. Cozy Studio with ideal location, quiet residential neighborhood. Beach and surfing just 2 1/2 blocks away. Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops, within walking distance. Full kitchen. Private entrance and lovely fenced patio area in back, surrounded by bamboo, jasmine and honeysuckle. Biking distance to downtown LaJolla and Mission Bay. Well behaved pets are welcome. There is no extra pet fee. Parking for 2 cars in driveway under canopy. Everything you need to enjoy the beach life provided; two bikes, beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards. Chips, Salsa and ingredients for 2 welcome margaritas in your room on arrival.

This was the perfect spot

I loved it there! It is the perfect spot. Cute little studio with an all wooden shower, which we loved. Out back was its own little peaceful area. The beach is walking distance and we got to see a surfing competition.

Absolutely Awesome!!!!!

We absolutely loved this place. The aesthetic, the location, the extras (chips, salsa, margaritas, the bikes, the beach stuff), and the ease and kindness of the hosts. The shower was a huge hit! I would definitely stay here again!

A true GEM

This property is so quaint and accommodating. A great location. Central to many of the things that brought us to San Diego! The beach is just a couple of blocks away for some amazing sunset and surfing views! The host is so kind and prompt. We came in on a late flight and had no issues getting into the condo. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was perfect for 2 people to stay for a small vacation. It’s very close to the beach and restaurants! And we loved the bikes to ride around town and on the path right by the beach!

Perfect little place to stay and less than 5 minute walk to the beach. It was exactly what a couple desert rats from Phx needed. Highly recommend!

Cute beach studio

We were only here for one short night, but we enjoyed our stay. There was room for my 2 teenage daughters and myself. The studio is adorable and the chips, salsa, and margarita were such a nice gesture. Free parking is tough to find in this areaso it was nice to have our own parking space in the driveway!

lovely beach studio

such a cute place to stay in a perfect spot on the beach, everything we needed was within walking distance. hosts were super accommodating when we needed to stay an extra night due to our travel plans changing due to the wildfires in LA. would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

Host is very kind and very responsive. It is a cute and cozy boho for a couple. Reserved covered parking for 1 car which is important as there are many homes with street parking only. Close to the beach and restaurants in walking distance. Couldn’t be happier.

Great Spot

Had a great stay at the Tourmaline Beach Studio. It's a perfect spot in a great part of town, close to the beach and local restaurants. The beach cruisers were a great perk as the boardwalk is only a few blocks away. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town. It's a great place for a single person or couple.

Loved this stay and will bookmark it for future trips back to San Diego! Margaritas on arrival + chips and salsa. Walkable to the beach. Perfect spot for a couples home base for a weekend adventure.
