Zero Tolerance for Parties - Our apartment is not suitable for parties or events. We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a quiet and residential environment.

Stairs: The home is on the second level of the apartment building, no stairs within the home.

Shared Walls: This is an apartment and the home does share walls with neighboring units within the building.
