It’s all in the details

The room, location and Vrbo price quote were all outstanding. But…1) The hotel tried to charge me THREE TIMES as much as my Vrbo agreement. I had to reconcile with the desk manager TWICE to get it rectified. *At the time of this review, more than 400-worth of additional charges had yet to be removed from my credit card.2) Parking charges are outrageous and excessive. 3) The swimming pool had been rented out for a private event during my stay making amenities guests are paying for unavailable for our use. Unless guest rooms are discounted on those days, such circumstances are unacceptable.I’m tired of being ripped off, scammed and squeezed for every penny.
