They let guest bring outside guest 20+ into the pool area knowing space is limited which caused myself and other guest who are paying for the amenities unable to use said amenities. ..."

"No free parking but there are meters around the hotel that are good overnight parking from 8pm-10am. Or you can use an app that let's you park in property for cheaper but it's only during certain hours. Elevator with the a view is scary to ride, it shakes too much. Pool is heated.
