I called the hotel in frustration, and Alessia patiently stayed on the phone with me, figured out exactly where I was, and guided me step by step until I arrived safely at the front door. That level of personalized service is rare and greatly appreciated. Lastly, I can't forget to mention the rooftop bar—a perfect spot to wind down in the evening with an aperitivo while enjoying the views of this beautiful city. I can’t recommend Patria Palace highly enough. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience I’ll never forget."

"Decided on a last minute stay to see Lecce. The hotel is small but very spacious & clean, easy to find with great service from friendly and helpful staff. We had pre booked parking so after easily finding the hotel, our luggage was whisked out and the car taken for us. In the old city, everywhere was an easy walk - good in 31 degree heat - and the hotel helped us with a fabulous restaurant recommendation & booking. Not the cheapest on offer but you certainly get what you pay for."
