"Charming and very original. Great warmth from the staff and very helpful. Enjoyed the room and restaurant at and surrounding towns."

"P. Buonaccorsi is a unique property that is centrally located in San Gimignano. It is well maintained and restored and a very beautiful residence. Senora and Bianca were perfect hosts. The town was perfectly located in Tuscany and within easy day-trips to Florence, Siena, and Massa Marittima."

"Great location, superior tent was really nice with the en-suite and balcony. Easy check in. Staff friendly and helpful. Downsides were no designated parking space for us despite not all tents being occupied. Also bread given out at dinner were not free despite us not asking for them and at €6 a bag it was not great value. The bread was pretty hard and tasteless! Regardless I would recommend a stay here in the heart of Tuscany and within half an hour bus ride into Florence ♥️🇮🇹"

"Een perfecte accommodatie en prachtige plek ,de eigenaresse Sonia is behulpzaam. Je kan alles vragen, alleen moet dat dan via de app. De eigenaresse spreekt alleen Italiaans, een heel klein beetje Engels. Lastig communiceren. Mooi centraal gelegen, Florence is maar een half uurtje rijden. Minpunt; geen airco"

"LOVED this place! 15 of our family members stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday for the week and we had the most wonderful time! Nicola is the best host! He was so accommodating and always had the best recommendations even making dinner reservations for us and eager to help in any way and any time of the day! House was clean, peaceful and fully stocked with everything we needed! What an amazing experience I highly recommend Nicola’s place! We hope to be back in the future!"

"The nicest “tent” you could possibly have. Very clean & well maintained. There was a heater which was nice at night as it got chilly. Bathroom was nice & clean, front desk staff was friendly. Worth the money if you’re looking for something cheap & convenient. Right next to bus stop"

"We booked this last - minute and were really impressed with the whole experience. The property and grounds are beautiful. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and quiet. Beds were too firm for our liking, but it was easy to overlook as the entire stay was really great. Good options in the restaurant too. The block of hotel rooms is in a retirement resort, which I think is a wonderful idea! Very much enjoyed our stay. We had a car and parking was free."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler"

"Great host, amazing location!"

"Overall excellent experience! Our room was beautiful with an amazing painting on the ceiling! Breakfast brunch was very tasty and varied, including real italian coffee. Staff was available and very accomodating. Highly recommended!"

"good room and good location"

"Great little spot — very clean, nice staff. We had a lovely view from our window. Walkable from the main attractions. Walls/ceiling a little thin and could hear the people above us. But overall very nice and would stay again!"
