Welcome to our inviting “La Baia” apartment — your perfect retreat in San Felice del Benaco! This is where relaxation and the breathtaking beauty of Lake Garda meet. The apartment is located in a charming residential complex overlooking a spacious common area and offers you direct access to the lake via a private dock. A buoy is also available for our guests.
The completely renovated apartment on the raised ground floor features a fantastic terrace of around 14 m², which is ideal for enjoying a wonderful view of the lake with a cup of coffee. The open living area is bright and inviting, with a fully equipped kitchen and a practical breakfast bar — perfect for socializing with family and friends.
“La Baia” offers a small but comfortable double room with an additional bunk bed and a cozy single room with wardrobe and TV, which ensures maximum functionality. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious rain shower, toilet, sink and towel warmer. For your convenience, a parking space in the garage for small cars and an unallocated parking space within the residential complex are available.
Just 500 meters away on foot, delicious dishes and pizzas await you at a nearby restaurant, and the public beach is ideal for a sunny day by the water.
