"Pros: Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kleiner Suoermarkt direkt am Haus. Ort ist klein und nicht überlaufen. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation und Abwicklung war top und zuverlässig. Tolle Aussicht! Cons: Das Haus ist leider sehr alt und die Möbel aus den 70ern. Wohfühlfaktor kommt schwer auf. Schade, dass keine vernünftigen Gartenmöbel bei dieser toller Aussicht da sind. Als Unterkunft aber ausreichend. Die Einfahrt war leider zu klein für einen deutschen SUV 😂"

"What a marvelous bed and breakfast. The apartment was spacious and comfortably fit our family of 5. The views and amenities were superb. We really liked walking throughout the property and exploring the hillside. It was a very peaceful and relaxing space which we enjoyed immensely. Our hosts were fantastic. "Die Anlage ist wirklich schön. Die Wohnung stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage und vor allem der riesige Pool sind toll. In nahen Umgebung gibt es viele Weingüter. Direkt am Gatdasee (15min mit dem Auto) ist es absolut traumhaft. Nur haben uns die Nächte den Urlaub etwas vermiest. Gegenüber kräht der Hahn ab Sonnenaufgang (5:30 Uhr). Kurz danach ist die Straße direkt neben dem Haus gut befahren und sehr laut. Daher konnten wir keine Nacht ausschlafen."

"Pros: Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am See. Die Gastgeber wohnen unten und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Auto konnte man auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück parken. Einzig eine Sonnenliege auf dem Balkon wäre noch schön gewesen. Wir hatten wirklich einen schönen Urlaub. "Pros: Von Anfang an bestand eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer. Das Haus liegt außerhalb von Desenzano auf dem Land. (Ca.10-15 Minuten Fahrzeit). Wir fühlten uns direkt wie in einem Zuhause. Alles an Ausstattung vorhanden, was man sich vorstellen kann. Cons: Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden."

"This resort is fabulous. Highly recommend it to anyone staying in Sirmione. The staff is super attentive, the thermal baths are relaxing. The massages at the spa were exceptional. All in all a great stay. "

"Fantastic hotel with lots of parking and even has a free shuttle bus to the Gardaland theme park. Room was very clean and recently refurbished/decorated. Room also had a balcony which we were not expecting. Only issues i found was the doors and walls are not very well sound proofed so if you visit when kids are off school then the is lots of noise in the evening and morning from other rooms and the other issue was the hair dryer was not working."

I have only positive comments, the rooms were a great size the team was excellent at check in and check out. Plus there is a very good resturant in the hotel.
