"Hay construcciones en ambos lados, literal a 5 metros, mucho ruido de construcción. El baño estaba sucio y por todo el departamento había muchas arañas. El sofá cama en realidad es para niños pequeños, pedí habitación para 3 adultos y una niña de 14 años; no hay forma de que pudieran dormir bien en ese sofá, está muy pequeño y salía una mini cama de abajo y ni siquiera había almohadas extras para el sofá. "It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive."
