This beautiful condo is located on the top floor of a three story beachfront building overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It is located just minutes from downtown San Felipe and offers easy access to the beach and local amenities. To get to the beach, you follow a staircase from the entrance of the condo down into the sand. This building is unique because it was built into a hill, which means the rear of the building is on the street level and the front of the building is on the beach level.
After a day exploring the city, you'll be thankful to come home and relax and these two private bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, high-end linens, and a comfortable seating area with two nautical themed armchairs. There are enough beds to accommodate four people, but the maximum occupancy of this home is six, so if you bring additional sleeping arrangements like air mattresses, you can accommodate two additional guests.
