The open concept floor plan of this house allows all of the common spaces to blend effortlessly. The main living room features comfortable sofas, a classic coffee table, and a TV hidden in a wooden entertainment center. Exposed wood beams in the ceiling are a beautiful contrast with the crisp white tile floors, and the bright and bold accents and decor make it feel like an authentic Mexican getaway.

The living room transitions into the formal dining area, where you'll find an expansive dining room table and seating for six. The dining area is set up against a large window overlooking the property, creating a bright space to enjoy dinner as a family. Enjoy dinner family-style in this beautiful dining area, or set out snacks at the breakfast bar for a more casual dining experience. The breakfast bar serves as a transitional point between the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen.

There are many restaurants within walking distance of this home, however, on the days when you want to stay home and cook your family's favorite meals, this kitchen gives you all of the gadgets and appliances you need to do it. This kitchen features expansive counter space, custom wood cabinets, large sinks, and a modern dishwasher. Guests can brew coffee in the coffee maker, pop bread into the toaster for a warm breakfast, or use the microwave to reheat their leftovers from The Taco Factory. This gourmet kitchen is perfect for entertaining and designed to give guests everything they need to cook just like they do at home.
 
There is one bedroom located on the first floor. This bedroom features private access out to the patio, two double beds, high-end linens, and a floor-to-ceiling wooden shelving unit perfect for keeping your clothes and shoes organized. There is also one full bathroom on the first floor, complete with toilet, simple sink, and a walk-in shower hidden behind a half tile wall.
 
The second bedroom also on the first floor, features one full-size bed and one twin size bed, a bright yellow color scheme, soft linens, and a floor-to-ceiling shelving unit to keep your clothing organized. Both bedrooms in this home are simple and quiet and tucked away from the common areas for ultimate peace and quiet.
 
A second full bathroom is located on the second floor and is set up very similar to the downstairs bathroom. Having access to two bathrooms means guests won't have to wait in line for the shower each morning! 

This home sleeps 7 - 8 guests.  If guest bring an airbed, 2 more guests can be accommodated.

Sliding glass doors lead from the main living area out to the private patio. This is a beautiful place for a barbecue dinner with a view of the sea. An iron gate separates the property from the white sandy beach, and a simple swing set sits on the stand outside of the patio. Guests can play their favorite music, sip margaritas, and enjoy unobstructed views of the water from the comfort and privacy of their own backyard.
