Jerry Beach Condo One
Jerry's Beach Club Condo 1 is a beachside San Felipe Vacation Rental located in the Villas de Las Palmas Residential Neighborhood, just 100 yards from the beach. This first-floor condo is in a multi-level building with 4 similar rental condos — perfect for large families or events by renting multiple units together. The first bedroom has a full-size bed.
The second bedroom has a full-size bed, a small twin-size bed, and a two-person couch. The living room and kitchen feature modern design and appliances, with pots and pans for all your cooking needs.
The building has a two-door garage with room for 5 cars max, shared by all 5 condos (street parking recommended). The rooftop offers one of the best views of the Sea of Cortez, with a charcoal BBQ grill shared by all guests.
This unit does not have towels, so please bring your own. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.

The place is quiet, safe, and clean. What I didn’t like is the nasty access to the beach, it is horrible. You have to walk downhill in loose sand full of little pieces of concrete that can cut your feet if barefoot (don’t wear sandals, wear tennis shoes when walking to the beach) When you look at the condo pictures it makes you think the place is beach front, but it is not, it is behind a row of beach front condos so that was a little disappointing. The people that manage the unit are nice and friendly, kudos to them.
