Walking distance from the shore, around 200m. They don't sell food, so bring your own food. Or, you can buy in the near store beside the resort. Parking is limited, so make sure to come early. Smart and Globe signal are too weak and wifi is not available. But signal in the seashore is good.

Beachy spot.
We stayed in one of the huts without ac. There was a fan, so it was plenty comfortable at night. Short walk to the local surfing beach. Hosts were friendly. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained.
