"Highly highly recommend staying at this beautiful property overlooking Lake Atitlan! Waking up to that view every morning and watching and listening to a thunderstorm on one of the nights during my stay was so relaxing. "This stunning villa is undoubtedly one of the top three places we've ever stayed! We absolutely loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Alejandro, Enrique, and Anika were outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to assist us with transportation to the lake. "We had high hopes after seeing the property. They were exceeded. Communication was great. Breakfast delivered was amazing. Be aware it is a bit of a hike up and down to the town. "

"We loved our stay. It was very beautiful and peaceful. The staff brought us a delicious breakfast each morning for a small charge. The only negative is not knowing in advance about the very steep and long cement path from the road to the cabin on the lake. Anyone with physical disabilities could find it impossible to manage."

"This property is advertised as a two bedroom two bath. It is not true.When you get is a one bedroom, one bath with a bedroom being on the second floor in the bath on the first floor and a very, very tight dangerous spiral stairs between the downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. Turns out they say a second bed and bath is in a shack on the property that is now being used for storage. Regarding the property that you do get, the second floor bedroom is wood flooring that pops and creeks tremendously...

"Brieuc and Kitara were amazing hosts and were attentive to all our needs. The property was extremely clean and the views were stunning and peaceful. I especially appreciate that there was an espresso machine, coffee maker, and even fresh coffee left for us. Very well organized transport to the hiking point; Nicholas, our tuk tuk driver, was very communicative and helpful.
