"Stayed here for the first time after it was recommended to me from family members. It was a very comfortable stay, nice rooms, renovated bathroom, and amazing breakfast. The hotel had a pool, mini convenience store, restaurant with bar, and amenities nearby. Staff are friendly although we didn't interact with them very much either than the front desk which was very helpful in booking transportation. I wouldn't consider any other hotel to stay at in the future and will stay here if visiting San Fernando in the future. "

"From check in to check out the. hospitality of the staff was remarkable. Breakfast was hot and delicious, drinks were well made and the view from th lobby during sunset was amazing. The room is dated including the linen but it was very clean and no weird odor. Did not partake in the pool but the water looked very inviting and refreshing. Thank you to all the staff that I interacted with that made this a wonderful experience. "

"I would start by saying the check in process was easy since Wayne the owner lives on the property. He was there on my arrival and was able to show me how everything works. The property has remote control access gates and doors for the convenience of its guest. This really made life easy. Whenever I had a question Wayne was easily accessible by phone or if needs be he would physically come to help. The location is clean quiet, and the surrounding properties are well kept also. Everything you see in the photos are real. The apartment is well furnished and well kept. Beautifull Kitchen, all appliances were available for my comfort, and I must say they were all new, functioning and clean. The bathrooms were modern and fixtures immaculate. My bedroom had a very comfortable bed, and the pillows were out of this world. Whenever I'm going to Trinidad again that's where I'm staying once its available. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who desires a decent place to stay.Thanks Wayne and see you again SOON.Anslem "

Easy Access TO keys...Myself and guests visiting from USA All very much enjoyed our stay..Being born in Trinidad and there when the Gulf City Mall was 1st built brought baaack Great Memories..We WALKED To the Mall..It Was Fantastic..Will Highly recommend and also USE again!!! "The manager was very helpful and responsive. The house was big and accommodated my big family. It had all the essentials such as towels and pots and pans. I recommend checking in on the earlier side because the check-in walkthrough does take time. I felt like I needed to take notes because I couldn't remember all the information given. Nevertheless, the manager was very responsive and patient when I needed help such as correctly operating the water pump and dryer. The location is very residential and there was no where to walk to. When I did get transportation it was convenient to have Gulf City Mall so close by. "
