Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. "

"This is a great location to stay at if you are headed to La Union. Aureo is super close to being a 5 star review, they were just missing the little details that separate from "Good" to "Excellent". We had to ask for several items in our room that are basics (slippers, body soap, shampoo, extra towels). Once asked for, the staff responded immediately however we should not have had to ask for those things when booking a villa suite. Property is well maintained however there are still areas...

"I suggest Orbitz would take this out. I called the property telling them that we will be checking in between 9:00-10:00 pm. He told me guard is 24 hrs. When we got there can't find it. Place was soo dark, no lights on. Called and looking for the place while on the phone. No guard ir caretaker, have to wait for 20 minutes. Just the entrance alone is soo dirty, rooms so smelly, not enough parking for 2 vehicles, I booked for 8 persons for 2 rooms. She was providing 1 bathroom and told me 1 booked...
