"sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto in alle Richtungen (Ljubliana, Bleder See, Piran, Kooper usw...) in ca. 5 Minuten ist man auf der Schnellstraße. Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und liegt in ländlich geprägter Gegend. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Ajdovscina (ca. 10 Minuten). Kommunikation mit Vermieter ist mit Englisch gut möglich. Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. "

"Unser Appartement war im EG einer mehrgeschossigen Anlage, die gleich im Eingangsbreich des Platzes steht. Dominant sind auf dem Gelände aber weitläufige Zeltplätze, einzelne Mobil-home Stellflächen und Doppelhaus-Bungelows. Es ist für alle etwas dabei. Die Küche war sparsam aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Personal supernett und alles nagelneu renoviert."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Vermieter freundlich. Leider sprechen und verstehen sie nur italienisch. Dafür sind wir täglich mit Eiern und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt worden. Das Haus ist recht abgelegen, ein Auto vor Ort ist notwendig."

"At first glance this apartment seemed inconvenient and awkward, but this impression was completely wrong. The apartment is outside of town on the edge of a semi industrial area, but in fact it is in a suburban area an easy 12 minute walk along quiet streets to the heart of town, and even less time to expansive supermarkets. (There are busy streets too, but they are easily avoided). The greatest treasure of the apartment, however, is the hosts book of suggestions. Every Italian is better...

"Katja’s place was perfectly centrally located in the Soca Valley between Tolmin and Kobarid, It allowed easy access to all of the different rivers my wife and I wanted to fish. We would definitely book again."

"We were there on an off season, so it was very quite, but the accommodations were great and it was a close walk to the ocean/beach. "

"Family holiday, we used the place for eating and sleeping. Once we use the swimming pool that was OK. Close to the "new" downtown of Grado (1 Km walk) and around 5 Km to old downtown. Possible to rent bikes 2€ per hour or 8€ per day"
