The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was very clean and updated. Bed was very comfortable and a variety of restaurants were within walking distance. To have free parking included with your stay is definitely worth it.

I liked the recent renovation to the rooms. Very comfortable and attractive, however I missed the grab bar in the tub-shower and requested a handicapped equipped room for my next visit in 2 weeks. Desk person noted my request on my reservation.

I have been staying here for over 20 years on my annual trips to San Francisco. The Inn is very convenient, close to shops and restaurants on Chestnut Street. The parking is a plus too. The Inn has been renovating rooms and they are very nice and was much needed. Highly recommend this property.

This hotel is centrally located in Cow Hollow just around the corner to Chestnut Street with loads of shopping and dining options. It might get a little street noise from the activity close by. The rooms are nicely furnished, beds very comfortable perfect for a lovely stay.
