Hidden fees. Simple hotel. No special amenities. But when you checkout, you find out you are charged $20/day amenity fee. Shouldn’t amenity fee be charged if there are amenities available and someone uses them? You ruin a stay with your swindling when otherwise, we would have liked the hotel and recommended. You get the treatment you give others.

During my stay, several issues arose: the desk chair broke, the entrance light didn't work, the coffee maker was faulty, and I got locked out on the patio one morning. After reporting the broken chair and light, only the light was fixed, and I had to remind the front desk again about the chair. Additionally, when I mentioned that the patio door wouldn't open from the patio side, the young man at the front desk ignored me, requiring me to repeat my complaint. Overall, the service was terrible, and I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
