My stay here at Hyatt was pretty good overall. Rooms were in great condition and staff were very courteous. Location was also be very convenient nearby the major highway for the oakland bridge. Only complaint I have is valet was not very efficient there was a 10-15 min wait each time collecting car and no one was ever around to answer calls to retrieve car beforehand.

There are a lot of hidden fees to stay here so just expect to spend extra when staying. However, it is a beautiful hotel and the house keeping is fantastic.

The staff was wonderful from check in to the bar area to the maintenance and cleaning staff. The food from the Market was awful! We got a breakfast sandwich and the bacon was burnt, the bun soggy and the egg was way too thick. Also, the hose to the handheld part of the shower had a crack in it so when turned on it literally sprayed all over the entire bathroom.
