Soak up the charm of this remodeled vintage modern apartment while sipping coffee on the balcony overlooking the lush garden. With high ceilings, ebony floors, and a gorgeous bathroom, it's no wonder it's been showcased in several design magazines. Located in upscale Pacific Heights.
Located at the rear of the building and on the top floor of my home enjoy a full one bedroom apartment all to yourself!
Enjoy the view of greenery from the dining room balcony. Hummingbirds and red-cheeked parrots squawk as they fly overhead to the Presidio.
Gas fireplace in the living room for the chilly months.
The bathroom has a jet tub and towel heater.
The bedroom has a television, closet space, and a comfortable queen bed.
European kitchen, gas stove, Miele dishwasher, Subzero refrigerator.
This is a great Pacific Heights neighborhood with shops and eateries. You can walk to the Presidio or take the nearby bus downtown. On the same block, you can see a movie at the Vogue Theater. Pickleball in the Presido!
Wash and fold laundry service 1/2 block.
Bus stop 1/2 block. Uber is great app to have.
Parking: metered two hour parking Mon-Saturday.- download the parking app -SFMTA
Two hour parking side streets -weekends inlimited hours
Parking garage 4 blocks $30 per night. Daytime garage at the JCCSF 1/2 block
Don't forget to curb your wheels even if you THINK you are on a flat street!
