The house is spacious, beautiful and esthetic and located in a calm place with a feeling of being part of the real Sicily. "The villa is on a gated community with stunning views across the marina and bay to the Aeolian Islands. The property is semi-detached with thin walls and the noise from next door at times spoilt our peace day and night. There is a massive balcony outside the downstairs bedroom (which is more of a suite) but it has no furniture apart from one chair. But what makes it special is the warm welcome and amazingly helpful hosts, who keep everything in perfect working order.
